Personal Claims Adviser - £23,000
We are currently looking to recruit Personal Claims Advisers to work within our Debt Solutions business. They will be responsible for following up existing customer enquiries for Debt Advice, to see if making a financial claim would be an appropriate solution for the client. This must be done whilst ensuring that any advice given is within regulatory guidelines and promotes the best outcome for the client, towards their own individual circumstance. This is predominantly a phone based position calling out to existing customers. Personal Claims Advisers will be responsible for, but not limited to:
·Making contact with clients who have shown an interest in debt solutions or making a claim against miss-sold financial products.
·Assessing each clients’ individual circumstance to ascertain if a financial claim is a suitable service for them.
·Ensuring at all times that any advice given promotes the best outcome for the client.
·Operating in line with regulatory requirements as stipulated by the MOJ and Think Money compliance guidelines (e.g. Quality Assurance).
·Undertake any further duties determined as reasonable and necessary in fulfillment of the role.
