Personal Assistant

Location: Hagley

We are looking for an experienced PA to provide "right arm" secretarial and administrative support to the MD. Responsibilities

  • Act as the point of contact for the MD
  • Handle requests and queries
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Manage emails
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Attend meetings and take minutes
  • Office management
  • Produce reports

Requirements

  • 3 years+ experience as a Personal Assistant
  • Knowledge of office systems and procedures
  • Articulate
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Discretion and confidentiality
