As our Personal Assistant you will provide administrative and clerical support to the Vitality Group Chief Risk Officer, Group Compliance Director & Legal Director VH Group Co Secretary.

Responsibilities as our Personal Assistant include:

- Extensive diary management for three Executives

- Booking travel, transport and accommodation for three Executives

- Compiling presentations and other documents in accordance with the Brand Use Guidelines

- Scheduling, circulating/uploading to Diligent and taking comprehensive minutes of Committee meetings

- Processing invoices via Source to Pay for the Governance Team and maintaining accurate records accordingly

- Processing and maintaining accurate record of expenses for Group CRO and G& E submissions are logged and up to date for all three Line Managers

- Managing the new Starters and Leavers process

- Team projects as and when required

- Assisting with recruitment for the Team

- Arranging events, conferences and hospitality

To become our Personal Assistant, you will have the below skills and experience:

Essential

- A motivated self-starter who can be flexible and is comfortable working within the dynamics of a growing business

- Sound knowledge of the internet and Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint

- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, accurate typing skills (audio typing will not be required)

Desirable

- Confidence at dealing with people at all levels, both internal and external

- Willing to accommodate periods with high workloads and deliver under pressure

- Able to prioritise

- Shows initiative

- Champion of company values
