Personal Assistant: An experienced Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant is required to provide a comprehensive, efficient, reliable and confidential full administrative support service to the Directors, supporting them in the smooth running of the day-to-day activities and enabling them to work more efficiently and effectively.

The successful Personal Assistant will join a high-end development and project management company offering a wide range of services and personal approach to discerning clients. Clients include private individuals, developers and entrepreneurs looking for experts to deliver their vision and companies seeking unique development skill sets.

The ideal candidate will have a naturally organised and structured approach and enjoy working in a varied, fast-paced role. Candidates with previous finance related experience are encouraged to apply.

- Deliver a full personal assistant service to the Directors
- Manage diaries, arrange meetings and appointments, client events and conferences
- Book and arrange travel, accommodation and transport as required
- Manage the Directors and prioritise workloads according to business needs
- Manage confidential business and personal matters as and when required
- Maintain a professional and effective communication network across all areas
- Liaise with clients and suppliers on behalf of the Directors and wider team
- Manage Office Manager and additional support staff, providing cover when absent
- Prepare and manage company cash flow and expenditure
- Liaise with external accounts team to manage internal finances including PAYE, bank statements, invoicing and external payments
- Liaise with payroll regarding staff salary changes or benefits
- Process and set up payroll payments, HMRC NI contributions, pension contributions
- Management of ISO 9001 accreditation and ongoing reviews to ensure company and procedures are fully compliant
- Prepare and distribute company Board meeting documentation, board reports and interim management reports to all Directors (internally and externally)

Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience working as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant in a busy, fast-paced business environment
- Highly articulate with excellent communication skills
- Educated to A' Level standard (or equivalent)
- Able to influence employees at the most senior levels with confidence and credibility
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a high workload, pressured environment
- High levels of literacy & numeracy skills are essential
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint with basic knowledge of Excel
- Polite telephone manner, generally well-spoken
- Clear use of written English with accurate spelling and grammar
