Personal Assistant

My client, a leader within their field, is currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant to provide a high quality service and administrative support to a senior Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient secretarial service. This is a varied role for the right candidate, which requires an independent, resourceful PA to hit the ground running.

The ideal candidate will have solid PA experience having worked in an administrative role. Daily duties of this role will involve intense diary management for the Director and you will have the ability to pick up new systems and processes easily.

The candidate should have advanced-level skills in Microsoft Office software and at least intermediate level skills in Microsoft Excel.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing the Directors diary and arranging meetings
  • Managing the Directors inbox
  • Preparing papers for meetings
  • Meeting and greeting stakeholders
  • General admin duties
  • Making beverages
  • Attending meetings as necessary and taking minutes
  • Handling invoices and payments
  • Arranging travel and hotels as required
  • Dealing with key contacts by phone or email
  • Analysing reports

This role is to start as soon as possible so please only apply if you are available immediately. This is a 12 week temporary position with the potential to move into a permanent position
