A world leading research institute based in West London are looking for a Personal Assistant to support their Managing Director. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to work in a busy, research led environment where there team are truly passionate about the environment they work in.
Your new role
As Personal Assistant you will be expected to provide administrative support to the managing Director of the UK business and the Senior Management Team. Your day to day will include tasks such as diary management/scheduling, coordinating corporate activities, office management, financial administration along with project and event coordination.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in the position you must be able to demonstrate solid previous PA/EA experience, have a proven track record of diary management and booking of international travel and have previously supported at Senior Management level.
Some key competencies the client is looking for include excellent IT sills with knowledge of WebEx being a plus, excellent written and verbal communication, have a pro-active attitude but be flexible have the ability to adapt to issues and challenges as and when they arise. You should be confident in dealing with all levels of seniority and able to work under pressure.
