Position: Personal Assistant to Executive Director, Strategy and Research 
Location: London 
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent (part time available) 
Hours: 35 hours per week (Part time or job share could be considered) 
Salary: Circa £23,000 per annum, Inner London weighting (pro rata if part time)

About the role: 

They are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and organised individual to join their Strategy and Research team in London. 

Reporting to the Executive Director, Strategy and Research the role will provide professional secretarial and administrative support to the Executive Director and the Strategy and Research team. 

About you: 

You will have experience as a PA or in a relevant administrative/secretarial role and will have experience of or a keen interest in charities. 

The ability to manage own work demands effectively and the functions of the office in the absence of or on behalf of the Executive Director will be essential. 

Demonstrating high level IT skills and experience of using Microsoft office suite, is essential, with the ability to support others to understand and use those systems to best effect. 

You may have experience of the following: Administrator, Secretary, Admin Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Office Administrator, Personal Assistant, PA, Office Manager, Executive Assistant, EA, Receptionist, Charity, Executive Officer, Charities, Third Sector, NFP, Not for Profit etc.
