Do you have a solid Personal Assistant background within financial services?

Search Consultancy is currently recruiting a Personal Assistant to the Head of Sales and Marketing for one of our top client's, who specialises in financial services in Sevenoaks, Kent.

Skills Required:

* Previous PA/Sales support
* Excellent attention to detail
* IT skills
* Team Player
* Good communication skills - verbal and written
* Excellent record keeping and reporting capabilities
* Proactive nature to gain efficiencies
* Ability to multi-task and think ahead
* Role will involve some travel to London and to events within the UK

Daily duties

* Assist in maintaining and developing the Client Relationship Management system
* Diary management and arranging meetings
* Act as point of contact for the sales team
* Manage monthly business and personal expenditure for the Head of Sales and Marketing. Keeping up to date records on file with finance and account
* Taking personal responsibility for actions and decisions
* Document management/Archiving documents/Updating static information
* Collate and prepare regular sales reports
* Organise and, if required, attend client sales and networking events
* Excellent organisational skills
* Undertake research projects as required by your manager
