Our client, a leading company in their industry are looking to recruit an Experienced Personal Assistant to their growing team.
• Diary management for 5 Directors
• Scheduling on/ offsite meetings
• Organising correspondence
• Travel booking
• Minute taking
• Monitoring and responding to emails
• Previous experience of working as a PA to Director level
• Excellent Organisational and Time Management skills
• Able to Multi Task
Working hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm
