Are you an experienced PA and Office Manager who's looking for a role where no two days are ever the same? Our Client pride themselves on providing their customers with a home away from home and are currently looking for someone with outstanding administration skills to join their growing team.
You'll be responsible for supporting the Board in the delivery of strategic and operational objectives, providing support to all Board members as and when required.
Key duties include:
- Providing administrative support to the Directors
- Undertaking and supporting specific bespoke projects
- Ensuring the smooth running of the Head Office and oversight of London/Regional offices, including ensuring that stock is maintained and operational issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner
- Providing assistance to other departments
You’ll be someone with a positive outlook and great attention to detail. You’ll also have exceptional administrative and time management skills, as well as outstanding customer service skills. In return you can expect an OTE of between £22,000 and £25,000 DOE per annum as well as some other great benefits including private healthcare and pension scheme.
