My client a global Executive Search & Selection firm based in the City is looking for PA to support 4 partners with all their day to day needs, to include organising all their client and candidate meetings as well as being the first point of contact in their absence.
This is a challenging role, the successful applicant will be highly articulate, well written and will have a solid understanding of all Microsoft Office applications. You will be an effective communicator with strong organisational and multi-tasking skills. As no one day will be the same, you will need to be dynamic, resourceful and a proficient problem solver. You will have a pro-active approach and will be comfortable using your initiative on a daily basis. A confident and mature manner is essential along with a high level of intellect and impeccable presentation. This role is crucial to the running of the business and portraying a high quality first impression to all clients and candidates.
