Personal Assistant to Managing Director of Architecture Practice
This is an integral role within the practice providing first class PA support to their Managing Director whose role is practice-wide.
A successful candidate will have at least 5 years experience in architecture or a similar environment, take on a solution-based approach, have excellent communication skills and worked at director level and within a team-based environment. They will be dealing with highly sensitive and confidential matters so will need to work with absolute discretion.
A brief overview of key responsibilities:
- Complex diary management
- Management of documents / filling
- Management of email and responding where appropriate
- Instigation of regular catch ups
- Gate keeping
- Travel Arrangements
- Preparation of monthly expenses
This person must have advanced knowledge of the full Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
