We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the director within a growing company.

The successful candidate will manage a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks, ensuring the efficient operation of the directors' offices.

This role requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. The Personal Assistant will act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and coordination.

Key Duties:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the director, including diary management, scheduling meetings, and organising travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the director.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of professionalism.
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance services, and liaise with building management and external contractors as needed.
  • Maintain and manage the directors diary, ensuring efficient scheduling of appointments, meetings, and engagements.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and minute taking
  • Ensure the director is well-prepared for meetings by organising necessary documents and information.
