Personal Assistant to CEO and COO, Kent

A well established, global tech business, which provides a platform service to the property lettings industry, is recruiting for an experienced PA to support its CEO and COO.

Based in their head office in Sevenoaks, this is a new, full-time, permanent position, with core office hours of 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, but with some mutual flexibility required, due to the varied and fluid travel and events schedules of both of these senior individuals.

The successful candidate is likely to be someone who is naturally pro-active, who has the confidence to manage their own workload, who can offer solutions to problems and who works in a calm and professional manner.

You will be managing busy diaries, which often require last minute changes, as well as involvement in monthly UK marketing events and exhibitions, which may occasionally involve your attendance. There will be various projects to manage and regular liaison with the PR agency regarding advertising and general marketing.

This is an exciting and interesting position, which will suit someone who is ambitious, enthusiastic, with an appetite for hard work in a forward-thinking tech environment.

Experience of working in either a financial services or property business would be advantageous but is not essential, however, excellent organisational and IT skills are.
