This is a permanent PA/Office Manager role for a commercial and family office based in London's Mayfair. In this role you would work closely with the Chief of Staff to provide excellent all-round support for their busy office, and Principals, with office management, PA, reception and ad-hoc projects.
This is a commercial and family office based in London's Mayfair.
This PA/Office Manager role will be varied encompassing PA duties to the Directors based in London and the Principals who fly in on occasion, but this is not a traditional PA role: you will also meet and greet visitors, run the office and get involved in any ad-hoc projects with the Chief of Staff. You will be based on a reception desk but you will have a lot of interaction with the wider office.
This is a great role for someone with a history in an all-round business support role in a boutique firm who can flourish and develop their skills. You can take on more responsibility over time, which is where the development comes in. They want you to make this your career and develop as the firm does.
The more you learn and take on, the more your role will grow. This will be a very interesting role and has massive potential to develop for the right-minded individual.
This role needs common sense and ability to take on ad-hoc and often unique personal projects and think outside of the box.
You must be able to take instruction but also use your own initiative, trusting your judgement.
You must be well-presented to meet and greet clients on occasion.
Communication skills must be excellent both written and verbal, bearing in mind many callers will be from overseas with limited English; therefore, a history of working with multiple nationalities would be a plus.
A desire to work for a boutique firm adapting to ever-changing priorities.
The hours are 8:30am - 6pm and on occasion you may be asked to be flexible if there are important meetings taking place slightly earlier but this would be occasional.
The salary is between £30,000 - £40,000 plus excellent discretionary bonuses.
