Personal Assistant (London Office)

A major Greek company is seeking an Office Assistant for its London office.

As an Office Assistant, you will ensure that the office’s manager has excellent administrative support, enabling him to focus on business and management issues. You will have excellent organizing skills and ability to communicate effectively with a friendly attitude. You will be able to work well under pressure and manage multi-tasks effectively.

Duties include:

  • Organising meetings
  • Time/diary management
  • Co-ordinating and booking travel arrangements
  • Organising correspondence and following up on pending matters with limited direction
  • Responding to urgent requests
  • Taking care of various errands
  • Organising and preparing documents
  • Assisting with organising events

Experience and qualifications required:

  • Relevant work experience
  • University degree / College
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Highly developed organisational skills
  • An ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Loyalty and a high level of confidentiality
  • Knowledge of Greek is considered an additional asset
