Our client, one of the largest insurance and investment companies in the world are seeking a Personal Assistant to start in their team in their central London office, starting as soon as possible.
Working within a larger team of people if you are successful in the role your function will primarily be to support the managing director of workplace pensions and one other manager on occasion.
The role requires standard personal assistant experience including diary management, drafting meeting notes and other skills.
Proven experience assisting senior members of staff in previous roles and experience in a financial institution is advantageous as you will be assisting the managing director of workplace pensions in the role as well as one other member of staff so this bankground will prove invaluable
The role is initially for three months but is covering maternity leave so will then be reviewed thereafter with a high likelihood that the successful candidate may be taken on in a fixed term contract after three months.
Pay rate: £15/hr-£18/hr -(dependant on experience)
