Job Title: Personal Assistant
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to join a well established company based in Wimbledon for 9 months. A real opportunity to work with a reputable organisation and make a lasting impression.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Daily diary management
- Managing a busy email inbox
- Arranging travel
- Coordinating meetings and events
- Arranging meeting rooms
- Attending meetings and minute taking
- Providing the wider team with administrative support
- other ad hoc duties
The successful candidate will ideally have the following skills / experience:
- Previous PA experience
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong IT skills
- Ability to effectively prioritise workloads and work to deadlines
