Schneider Electric has a great opportunity for the right person to join our team as a Perpetual Inventory Auditor in office in Telford.

Your Mission:

To perform Perpetual Inventory Audits and Cycle Counting within the Distribution Centre thus ensuring that physical warehouse stock and reported stock in WMS are in equilibrium. The PI generated counts will act as the operations KPI for measuring stock accuracy. The role will include supporting the Inventory Department with GRIR issues, CCC with customer concerns and the warehouse with any imbalances identified. The function requires the documentation / distribution and investigation of all daily adjustments within the guidelines set.

Your responsibilities:

Same day clearance of PI generated cycle counting of pre-determined locations

Same Day clearance of Operational generated cycle counts

Reporting Daily Nil / Short Picks and determine the reason for the stock absence.

Cycle Count Adjustment and Inventory Adjustment Reports

Produce Logistics Information / Delivery Failures and update department KPI

Demonstrate a high level of personal commitment to CIP activities

SAP Work Flows

Carry out quality checks during PI Audits and action damaged stock in accordance with the quality procedure

Maintain Good Housekeeping at all times

Produce and distribute Daily Operations Graphs

To carry out any ad-hoc duties to support the Logistics Team

About you:

Essential Skills:

· Manual Handling

· Higher Level Order Picker license

· Numerate

Desirable:

· Logistics experience
