This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional to head up the Permanent recruitment requirements for this very successful specialist recruitment brand covering Engineering, Civils and Rail requirements nationally.
Currently they are predominantly contract biased and are not fully exploiting the perm requirements that are coming through from their extensive client base, so this is a rare opportunity to join a warm desk with vacancies, leads and a candidate base.
The working environment is mature, autonomous, quality driven and non KPI`d - on offer is a generous base salary, a company car / mobile etc, the potential for future share options, and a bonus structure with no threshold or desk target that pays up to 25% of GP.
