Your World Recruitment Group are seeking dedicated individuals to join our Permanent Recruitment division, who will provide our candidates and clients with a service that is second to none.

As a Recruitment Consultant focusing solely on permanent placements, you will be responsible for liaising with departments across the business to manage the permanent recruitment recruitment for each specialism within Healthcare. As such, you will also be required to manage the needs and expectations of numerous parties at any one time, making strong communication and organisational skills a must for this position; contributing to the seamless supply of staffing services we provide to our candidates and clients alike.

You will be confident in leading from the front and will have experience in business development, bringing on new clients within various sectors.

Ideally we would be looking for a candidate with a strong background in permanent recruitment, however we will also consider applicants with experience in contract/temporary recruitment.

This opportunity offers room for progression within a small, newly created team, working alongside varying Locum/Temporary recruitment divisions who have a big presence in the permanent market already.
