Planner/Scheduler - Social Housing

Here at Howells, we are working with a leading, UK contractor and regeneration group to find a successful and proactive Scheduler/Planner to join their team in Willesden, working on repairs and maintenance within social housing.
Working in the Social Housing sector, you will have the exciting opportunity to develop your customer service and organisational skills by tackling several different tasks at once. As a Scheduler, your duties will include, but are not limited to, taking calls from tenants and Housing Officers, allocating work to trades people and managing the appointment booking system to ensure maximum productivity. As an Administrator, you will follow up the Scheduler calling tenants to ensure they are going to be available for the appointments that have been booked, and general office administration.
For this role, you must have experience of Scheduling repairs or Administration on a Social Housing contract, along with excellent time management and communication skills.

This is a on-going temporary, full time role with a 40 hour working week, Monday to Friday. You will receive an excellent salary depending on experience.
