Peripatetic Customer Service Advisor Fixed Term
A vacancy has arisen for a Peripatetic Customer Service Advisor to deliver an excellent front-line contact service to customers of the council, and assist in the smooth running of all functions pertaining to the contact centre, service points and service delivery.
There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
This post has a minimum requirement of one reference which must be your current or most recent employer.
This is a fixed term position for a period not exceeding 31st August 2020.
