Peripatetic Care Home Manager - Interim Contract
We have a new opportunity for a Peripatetic Care Home or Peripatetic Nursing Home Manager. This is an interim opportunity for a 6 month period. The role involves working across a range of care and nursing homes in South West London. This is a good opportunity for someone looking for an interim post and the chance to gain experience across a range of settings.
As Peripatetic Care Home Manager , you will be responsible for all aspects of home management. This includes staff recruitment, retention, training and development and ensuring the delivery of high quality person -centred care to all residents. You need to be fully conversant with CQC requirements and confident and competent at stake holder engagement . You will also be proficient at budget management and maintaining and increasing occupancy levels
Our ideal interim Peripatetic Care Home Manager will have previous experience as a successful care home manager or nursing home manager in the elderly care sector. Experience as a project manager or peripatetic manager or previous experience at interim contracts would be useful but not essential. You need to have strong and effective leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate teams and ensure they are supported to achieve their potential.The ideal Peripatetic Manager will also have the RMA/NVQ level 4/5 in Leadership and Management or you may be a qualified nurse
