Performance Management Specialist

As a thought leader and Performance Management 'guru’, you will work closely with the People leadership team to re-shape the organisations’ approach to performance management. This will involve building the connections between organisational values, culture, strategy and objectives as well as linking both individual and team success to the business objectives and outputs.

What really matters to individuals is feeling successful in what they do and a new, fresh approach to performance management will enable this, drive employee engagement, build a positive and high performing culture as well as contribute towards business growth and future success.

Facilitating this new way of managing performance, creating transparency and ensuring every employee understands how their role fits into the organisation objectives and contributes positively will be truly transformative and add real value.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Senior HR Leader and true collaborator with expert knowledge of performance management and proven experience of building high performing cultures.

This will be a fast-paced role and is a huge opportunity to positively change the way performance is managed in a forward thinking, innovative organisation.

Our client has committed to remote working and flexibility so we can consider applications UK wide however travel to the North West will be required in the future.
