Our client is looking for a performance, data and FOI coordinator to join their team. If succesful you be be responsible for development, implementation, ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of the management information systems used to monitor and report on the performance of all recordable activities. Collation, analysis and presentation of performance and management information that will provide insight to the Senior Leadership Team around performance and Collation of responses in relation to all Freedom of Information (FOI) and Subject Access Requests (SAR), ensuring accurate and timely information is produced within legislative requirements.

Principal Duties

Assume responsibility for the co-ordination of the annual customer satisfaction survey including the distribution of the survey and the collation, analysis and presentation of the results.
Following the collation, analysis and presentation of the customer satisfaction survey results support the Head of Department in defining the customer action plans for their area and assume responsibility for the ongoing monitoring preporting of the progress being made against this action plan throughout the year.
Organise and store paperwork, documents and computer-based information inaccordance with the Company Document Retention policy and support the collation and presentation of all documents required in the event of an audit or other inspection.
Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with both internal and external partners.
Support and participate in promotion and communication activities as required.
Use a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook,PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc. to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases, including the
maintenance of specific M.I. systems.
Development, implementation, ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of management information systems, procedures and arrangements.
Collation, analysis and presentation of performance and management information as defined across all corporate reporting frameworks to ensure all recordable activities are effectively monitored against their required outputs including those of an economic and social nature.
Use performance and management information to identify risks and / or opportunities, and in the presentation of this information, highlight such findings and make recommendations around how these risks can be mitigated and / or
opportunities explored.
Arrange, coordinate and minute performance clinics (or other performance management processes as agreed and developed), ensuring actions are noted and closed off as appropriate.
Act as the subject matter expert for all customer record management and management information systems used across the organisation. This includes but is not limited to Salesforce and QL.
Collation and presentation of the required monitoring and reporting information as defined in any funding agreements that the Company may have in place with external partners to support the delivery of key activities.
