An opportunity has arisen for candidates with performance or investment fund accounting experience to join our Equities and Multi Asset Performance team. You will be responsible for managing the data control process to identify and resolve issues in investment performance and accounting data, as well as the provision of timely and accurate investment returns and attribution analytics of Equities and Multi-Asset portfolios. Contribution to process improvement and change projects will be required. You will work closely with investment operations teams, IT support, system vendors, and our stakeholders across front office.
Your responsibilities will be
- Lead the data control and performance calculation process of equities and multi-asset portfolios
- Identify and investigate erroneous fund and benchmark returns and attribution effects
- Provide and explain regular and ad hoc performance and attribution reports for the front office, investment specialists, client reporting and investment writing teams
- Design and implement work flow and business process to meet data control, efficiency and performance reporting requirement
- Work with business analysts and project managers to review, implement and test performance and analytics systems
What we are looking for
We are looking for applicants from a performance and attribution analytics experience or Investment Fund Accounting within an investment management environment is preferred. You will have a good understanding of performance analytics and security corporate actions, have excellent attention to details as well as strong problem-solving skills, high level of numeracy and willingness to learn, highly organised, be able to deal with multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment. You will be independent, proactive and take full ownership of processes and client requests, possess good communication skills as this role requires working closely with investment operations, front office, and vendors as well as have strong excel skills.
