People MI Data Specialist FTC
Brewster Pratap are supporting an educational institute based in Sheffield who are looking to add a People MI Data Specialist to join their team during and exciting period of change.
The People MI Data Specialist will provide support and contribute to the wider HR objectives and projects across the function. This a a great opportunity to bring your skills in this varied and rewarding role.
This role is a FTC for 6 months... end date is 28/02/2019 full time 37 hours a week
The role of the People MI Data Specialist is to provide expertise to acquire, manage, report, benchmark and analyse a range of People Data.
This role requires the responsibilty to manage the provision of people reposrts to the Directorate of HR & OD and to a range of stakeholders, made available through the reporting source. It will also require working alongside other data specialists to develop reporting approaches, methodologies and the range of reports available.
Experience of producing management information from a range of sources and producing reports, charts graphs and written comment to provide the business user with analysis of data to support decision making.
