People Insight Analyst

Eden Brown is currently working in partnership with a Charity who is currently on the look for an experienced People Insight Analyst. This is a temporary, full time role due to start ASAP.

Key responsibilities:
*To take accountability of the investigation, tracking, context and interpretation of key people metrics (staff turnover, retention, sickness absence, engagement, time to hire, time to offer, temp spend, grievances, disciplinary cases and reported H&S incidents).
*To support, challenging and working collaboratively with senior management to define, produce and communicate people insight and trends, presenting a range of insight from a range of sources.
*To present context, insight and priorities in a variety of formats and to audiences to report on people related metrics to enable swift, accurate decision-making.
*To use data from systems to report on business objectives, performance and impact and use these outcomes to influence and support the change of behaviours and outcomes.
*To take action where needed to achieve strategic or departmental objectives, proposing solutions and then leading on improvement action.

Essential experience:
*Excellent analytical skills including the ability to understand complex data
*Excellent numeracy skills, including knowledge and track record of applying statistical techniques
*Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and drive improvement activity
*System skills - Formal technical training in Business objects development / reporting / dashboard design and or System Skills - In depth knowledge of iTrent datasets and background
*Demonstrable experience of using Microsoft packages (in particular Excel above advance level)
