Your main goal is to help us make this a seamless transition, so that our managers feel little impact.

As our business evolves they’ll need your support more than ever to ensure their people are our top priority.

In the first few months you are going to need to get to grips with our business, build relationships with our managers and continue to support our transition to business partner ways of working.

Employee engagement is a top priority within our business!
You’ll work with our Talent Acquisition lead to ensure our managers can find, engage and hire the people they need to deliver their own business goals.

When you join us, you’ll partner with our Talent & Development Lead to ensure we develop their capability.

I am looking for somebody who is driven by targets and enjoys making a difference within their industry, somebody who is driven by outcome.

Preferably with a degree in HR or Business, the ideal candidate will have previoously worked within the HR department. Experience is definetly key to this role. 

I am looking for someone passionate about their sector with good multi tasking skills to match up with this fantastic fast paced role.
