Pensions Team Leader

This highly-regarded, medium-sized Pensions administration organisation are currently recruiting for a Team Leader due to an internal promotion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing, processing and checking new entrants, leavers, transfers, divorce cases, retirements, deaths, individual switch requests and general member updates.
  • Carrying out regular reviews of member communications and coordinating updates.
  • Identify areas of all administration processes for effectiveness, efficiency and improvement.
  • Ensuring all systems and processes are fully compliant and staff trained on the impact of new legislation and guidance.

To be considered for this role you must have extensive experience in Defined Contribution Pension schemes and had previous dealings at at-least Deputy level.
