An excellent opportunity has become available for a PA/ Secretary working within the Pensions Department for one of our prestigious and corporate clients based in Solihull

You will provide support and a PA/ Secretarial support to the Pensions Team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Electronic diary management on Outlook
  • Attending Board, Risk Committee, Operations and MI meetings to take minutes
  • Typing up minutes
  • Distributing Agenda, minutes and action points
  • Arranging travel and accommodation
  • Support the rollout of all pension activities
  • Organising internal and external meetings
  • Successful candidates must have:
  • A minimum of 3 years PA/ secretarial experience
  • An organised approach and excellent time management skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good at prioritising
  • Trust and discretion/confidentiality

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday: 37.5 hours per week

8.30am - 4.45pm


£ 26,000 per annum (plus up to £2,600 annual company bonus)


Free Parking

Up to 10% company bonus as above
