An excellent opportunity has arisen as a Relationship Administrator working in our Pensions Plus team within Operations in Craigforth.

As a Pensions Relationship Administrator you will be a point of reference for our Intermediated Distribution channel and customer service teams in regards to our pensions products and service propositions, including Drawdown, SIPP, Transfer Desk & Transfer Value Analysis (TVAS).

You will assist Distribution channels with new business opportunities and promote the servicing offerings, as well as supporting the retention of existing pension business. You will also be expected to provide sound technical advice along with MI and analysis information when required.

You will have the following skills and experience:

  • A strong grounding of our pensions and retirement proposition/marketplace
  • Good stakeholder management and negotiation skills. 
  • Some experience in producing MI and analysis
  • Experience of internal (including legacy) pension products and servicing procedures / infrastructure would be beneficial
  • Working knowledge of financial services regulatory and legislative frameworks
  • Working knowledge pensions and annuity products, markets and competitors
