This is a brilliant opportunity to join a growing Third Party Pensions Administration business in the North East as a Pensions Performance Manager on a permanent basis.

You must be proficient in Microsoft Excel & MI Analysis to be considered for this role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing Continuous Improvement projects
  • Implementing best practice
  • Liaising with Managers and Senior Management team to provide Management information
  • Provide reporting to senior management
  • Reviewing and analysing department/team performance
  • Producing ad-hoc reports for the business
  • Stakeholder Communication
