Pensions Officer

Blusource HR are currently recruiting for an experienced Pensions Officer to join the Pensions & Benefits team of an established and growing organisation, based in south Leicester and easily commutable from Hinckley, Nuneaton, Coalville and Market Harborough.

It is key that you have experience of working with both DB and DC pension schemes and liaising with various pension scheme providers.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Accurate and timely submission of payment schedules to pension providers
  • Ensuring that the company is compliant with pension legislation
  • Keeping the relevant systems up to date with employee data
  • Responding to employee queries efficiently
  • Any ad hoc project work as required by the Pensions & Benefits Manager

You will have strong computer skills with an excellent knowledge of Excel (Vlookups, Pivot tables) so as to be able to manipulate data.
