This legal role is a unique opportunity for a Pensions Lawyer in London to join a company that offers ongoing training and progression opportunities. The salary is up to a very competitive salary depending on experience.
The legal work will mostly be non-contentious, but you will be occasionally involved in some contentious cases involving negligence claims, rectification applications and disputes between trustees and sponsoring employer. The successful candidate will need substantial experience concerning group reorganisations and mergers, scheme design and benefit changes, scheme closure, liability reduction exercises, and general Pensions & Finance Acts matters.
Additional Pensions lawyer duties include:
? Preparation of reports
? Staying up to date with the statute and judicial changes to the law and legal interpretation likely to affect clients
? Assisting with other legal admin duties

- Educated to degree level in law, ideally with experience of working in a legal position
- An understanding of all relevant areas of law, including adjudication, mediation and arbitration
