Our client is a well established firm of Chartered Financial Planners who now has a very exciting opportunity for a pro-active and ambitious Administrator to join their growing team.

Working from the offices based in Preston you will be supporting all members of the business to deliver outstanding service to new and existing clients. Whilst managing the ongoing client review process, the successful candidate will be fully responsible for liaising with clients to arrange the relevant review and recording review requirements; Additionally, daily duties will consist of;

  • Organisation of client and business development events including;
  • Securing the relevant venue
  • Sending on invitations
  • Management of responses
  • Arrangement of any additional requirements such as; catering/refreshments
  • Monitoring the diary activity of the Financial Planning team
  • Obtaining client information as required, this will include ;
  • Writing letters of authority for information to Financial Institutions
  • Calling and emailing Financial Institutions or agencies such as; HMRC/DWP
  • Operating an effective diary and tracking system
  • Assessing client investment platforms to review the level of cash balance remains sufficient
  • Processing new business applications
  • Creating Client Valuations/ Illustrations

To apply for this role; Candidates will offer experience working in a Pensions / Investments capacity, whether this be with an IFA Practice or a Product Provider.
