Huntswood is looking for experience financial services associates, with an excellent customer service skills and a knowledge of regulated financial service products, to join a new and exciting contract for a well-established investments provider.

As a Pensions Customer Support Advisor, you will be taking inbound customer calls relating to re-pricing activity. Using your skills and knowledge you will answer any questions and make the customer's call journey as smooth as possible.

Role overview:

Location: Central Bath - Office Based

Rate: £200 a day - Umbrella only recruitment - This is only available to individuals working via an Umbrella company, we can assist you with this

Start Date: 25th September 2023

Contract length: 12 weeks

The ideal Pensions Customer Support Advisor will have:

  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to talk to a variety of customers
  • Experience taking inbound calls from customers within a financial service environment
  • A good understanding of financial service products
  • Knowledge and understanding of pensions products would be advantageous in this role
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
