This market leading employee benefits and pensions consultancy are seeking a Pensions Consultant to be based from their offices in Reading. Our client strives to the provider of choice in pensions and employee benefit services. They are committed to providing a professional and high quality service that is tailored to their clients needs.

The role involves working as part of a growing team providing a service to an expanding client base of UK Pension Schemes that are both DB and DC schemes.

You will be responsible for preparation for, attendance at and follow up from client and trustee meetings; ongoing understanding and knowledge of pension and ancillary benefits and the supporting regulatory framework; drafting papers on topical issues for clients and work with client to develop solutions to address issues; identify new business opportunities for on existing clients and develop a plan on how to raise and implement and manages own work allocation and prioritisation and is able to effectively delegate and mentor others if required.

The successful candidate will have experience working on DB and DC schemes and client facing experience. They will ideally be PMI qualified or studying for PMI exams.
