Meraki Talent are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading financial services company in London, this is a tremendous opportunity for someone who has previously worked in pensions. The business is experiencing an exciting period of growth and are looking for individuals who are keen to work in a fast paced, professional environment.

Responsibilities of the Pensions Complaint Handler:

  • Manage incoming complaint ensuring that all key complaint targets are met in line with regulatory requirements, assigning work and chase Complaint Investigators where required.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert proving guidance and support to Complaint Investigators.
  • Produce Management Information reports, highlighting volumes, trends, open complaint status and any exceptions.
  • Responsible for ensuring that appropriate root cause analysis is carried out within the complaints team in line with regulatory requirements and records are maintained.
  • Competent delivery of investigation and resolution of complaints incorporating effective/courteous handling of all customer communications.

Experience of the Pensions Complaint Handler:

  • Pension complaint handling and investigation experience.
  • Knowledge of Web-Chat, Complaint Management and Investor Servicing Administration.
  • Has handled process administration tasks as well as telephony.
  • Knowledge of FCA Compliance Requirements - advantageous
  • Customer Service, Contact Centre or Financial Services recognised qualifications - advantageous.
