My client a Pensions company based in Leeds City Centre seeks an experienced Pensions Assistant to join their team.
My client requires someone who is confident working within a numeric environment and is able to show enthusiasm within the role and able to use their own initiative within a busy environment.
Duties will include:
*To follow specified manual and computer based procedures and systems including; data input and changes, standard letters, pension's calculation and ensuring member salary and hours information is accurate.
*To answer routine queries via telephone and letter and to liaise with employers and members to ensure all queries are promptly followed up and reconciled.
*Enrolment and maintenance of employer and member records and production of membership certificates and letters to meet service level commitment.
*To take responsibility for the accuracy of data at all times.
*To develop knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements for both the provision of accurate data and enrolments in line with my client's customer service commitments.
*To take responsibility for the quality and quantity of your own work as well as that of the team.
*To perform all duties in line with my client's Information Security policy.
*To act as an ambassador of my client at all times
*Maths and English at GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent)
*Evidence of numeracy.
*Basic pensions knowledge.
*Willing to study towards CPA/DPA.
*One year's previous office experience.
