Your new company
Your new company is a well-established pensions administration company, which delivers first-class administration service to a number of FTSE and multinational companies across the UK. Their strong reputation is built on technical expertise and quality service, and they are now looking for multiple professionals to join their team as Pensions Administrators.
Your new role
As a pensions administrator, your key duties will include;
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date filing and records, ensuring the integrity of customer data
- Processing a wide range of routine and non-routine documentation in line with company procedures
- Handling and resolving customer queries both verbally and in writing
- Data entry of customer details
- Collating and analysing data and producing routine reports, schedules and summaries
- Provision of technical guidance and coaching to colleagues
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you should have a positive attitude, strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. You will need to possess good IT skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to develop good working relationships. It is essential that you have a minimum grade C in GCSE English and GCSE Maths and it is preferable if you have some previous experience in administration. As training will be provided, pensions knowledge or experience is not required.
