A respected regional Pension Consultancy who are currently going through expansion are keen to find a good trainee administrator who a good eye for detail. They have recently moved to larger offices and can take three new administrators from a general office or financial services background.

The Role

Processing new pension policies and administering changes to clients investments.

Updating and maintaining client records via the Back Office

Arranging client/adviser appointments

Preparing client Investment portfolio valuation reports and preparing for client meetings

Following up on action points following adviser meetings

Possible involvement with templated report writing at some point in the future

Its a very friendly team and a very busy role. Interviews available immediately.
