Pensions Administrator

Reporting into a Payroll Manager the Pensions Administrator will provide administrative support to the Payroll Manager and Senior Pensions Administrator in the processing of monthly and annual pension returns and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide information to members relating to the Scheme in writing by email and over the Telephone

  • Maintain records and amend where necessary to ensure all information is up to date and correct

  • Organise and prioritise work to achieve a timely response within legislative requirements

  • Ability to learn and follow pension procedures as governed by the pension providers

  • Excel skills

  • A strong team player able to work with others and willing to share work load.

  • Very good attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness

  • Able to work flexibly as part of a team

  • Flexible and adaptable to changing environment

  • You will have the ability to learn and follow pension procedures as governed by the pension providers

  • All pension returns completed and submitted within published deadlines

  • Support the Senior Pension Administrator in keeping the payroll system aligned to pension requirements

  • Support the Senior Pensions Administrator in auditing pension calculations and deductions

  • Respond to employee and pension providers queries in a timely manner
