The UK pensions industry is one of the largest in the world with 3,500 funds and more than £800 billion under management. The day to day operation of these schemes is entrusted to Pension Administrators. Pension Administrators lead members through the lifecycle of pension scheme membership whilst interacting with a whole host of different stakeholders.
With full training given, as a Pension Administrator it’ll be down to you to provide high quality administration for your client base. You will receive full training and support needed to grow and thrive within the organisation. You will also have the opportunity to gain experience across a wide range of client schemes thus benefiting your professional development.
Your main duties will include;
** Carrying out pension administration tasks and calculations accurately and in accordance with internal processes and company policies, adhering to procedures and standards and regarding work and conduct
** Understanding client requirements and ensuring that performance targets are met
** Creating and maintaining consistent and accurate records using the appropriate systems
Required for this role -
Professional and strong communicator.
Good customer service skills.
IT literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Preferably educated to degree level (or equivalent)
Preferable - previous experince of working in a Financial Services environment.
