Pensions Administrator/PA

Our client are a renowned financial services institution with an excellent brand and pedigree. The Pensions Administrator/PA will benefit from a central Cardiff location, well appointed offices and good long term benefits. You will be working closely with the chief Financial Advisor and providing an excellent administrative service to them. This is a varied and challenging role where it is essential that you have worked within a financial services/ regulated environment previously and have good working knowledge of ISAs and pensions. We are seeking a confident individual who also has a creative flair and can work using their initiative.

Pensions Administrator/PA duties:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all clients contacting the office and provide a superior service at all times
  • Prompt opening and recording of all postal correspondence an ensuring all relevant information is scanned accurately
  • Assist with the co-ordination of client events from concept to completion
  • Mail merges
  • document preparation and management
  • Ensuring CRM database is updated accurately
  • Collation and preparation of required reports
  • Liaise with clients via email and telephone and develop positive working relationships

Working hours: Monday-Friday 37.5 hours per week
