Your main responsibility is the overall management of a team of Pension Administrators. You will need to ensure all SLA's are set and managed, work load is efficiently managed, completing one to ones and providing effective training and liaising with the client relationship managers also. It is essential you have worked in a similar environment with strong pensions knowledge on Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution schemes.
