Does your employer go beyond your expectations?

Consider experiencing #lifeatBW

Barnett Waddingham is a partner-led business which prides itself in providing straightforward and well communicated pensions advice. This philosophy means that we are dependent on talented and well-trained employees who enjoy working in a closely knit and friendly organisation. Our growth has been significant since our creation in 1989. We aim to continue this growth by recruiting people who share in Barnett Waddingham’s values.

We provide actuarial consultancy services to the pension schemes of UK companies. Barnett Waddingham is committed to providing the best possible service to all of its clients and to achieve this service we need talented, motivated and enthusiastic people.

Due to our continuing successful new business wins we are looking to recruit to enhance our teams in Cheltenham and Bristol (those joining our Bristol team would need to spend an initial training period in our Cheltenham office before permanently moving to our Bristol office)

This role would suit an individual looking to progress in trustee consultancy - to develop client and team management skills as well as continuing to improve technical knowledge.

To be considered you will be recently or nearly qualified with previous experience of working in a pensions actuarial role dealing specifically with defined benefit schemes.

Would you like to join an independent partner-led organisation where you have flexibility in your career route?

Are you driven by client satisfaction and motivated to building and maintain strong relationships both with clients, and with team members?

Is your time management exemplary? Are you motivated to identify opportunities to implement efficiencies and support change?

If the answer is yes, we would love to hear from you!
