This pension service division is now seeking dditional Associates, where you will join an established team that is responsible for answering inbound calls and providing a bespoke service to all pension members, IFAs and selected administrators, in relation to the administration and servicing of pension scheme arrangements etc.
This will include researching and providing up-to-date information on a wide variety of subjects related to the administration of the member pension’s accounts, including plan details, product information, investment fund options, fund prices, market news, general enquiries on processes, forms, etc and the switching existing of balances and changes in the allocation of future contributions.
Whilst pensions experience is preferable for these roles, it is not essential, as full product training will be given, therefore experience within the broader financial services sector such as banking or insurance etc. will also be considered, as will graduate candidates who are seeking a new career within the pensions industry.
These are unusual roles where you will become a specialist within the pensions industry, gaining technical and complex knowledge within an environment where two days are never the same.
