They have a number of positions available to start at the beginning of January 2018 within their pension service division (product training provided), where you will join an established team that is responsible for answering inbound calls and providing a bespoke service to all pension members, IFAs and selected administrators, in relation to the administration and servicing of pension scheme arrangements etc.
This will include researching and providing up-to-date information on a wide variety of subjects related to the administration of the member pension’s accounts, including plan details, product information, investment fund options, fund prices, market news, general enquiries on processes, forms, etc and the switching existing of balances and changes in the allocation of future contributions
Ideally possessing some pension’s/financial services and/or banking experience (althoughfull product training will be given), it is essential that you are ambitious, motivated and willing to learn, coupled with excellent organisational skills and the proven ability in being able to listen, understand and communicate at all levels.
These are unusual roles where you will become a specialist within the pensions industry, gaining technical and complex knowledge within an environment where two days are never the same.
